Navigating our recruitment journey

Embark on a fulfilling career journey with DCSA, where you can play a role in changing a whole industry for the better. Our core recruitment process is explained below:

  1. Application: Submit your application to any of our open roles. Open roles can be found from our job board.
  2. Interviews: In each process, we aim for you to speak with multiple stakeholders, this usually means two to three interviews online and/or offline.
  3. Assessment(s): Based on your role you might need to work on a technical business case and/or respond to an aptitude test. We will debrief you on any assessment before and discuss the results after finishing them.
  4. Welcome to DCSA: Once you have completed the recruitment process successfully, we will extend the offer for you to join our team. Welcome aboard!
